Cette photo a été initialement importée sur Commons, mais elle fait l'objet d'une procédure de suppression, qui est à mon sens un peu abusive, car la protection des oeuvres architecturales ne s'applique que pour les bâtiments récents dépassant le "seuil d'originalité", et présentant un caractère artistique certain (il est précisé sur Commons : "There is no freedom of panorama in France, neither for sculptures, nor for buildings that pass the threshold of originality. Concerning buildings, case law (CA Riom, 26 mai 1967) recognizes two criteria for originality: "a definite artistic character" (« un caractère artistique certain ») and the fact that it does not belong to a series. For instance, the architect of the Louvre Pyramid is entitled to claim copyright over representations of the Pyramid." ). S'il s'agit ici d'un bâtiment récent, il est loin de présenter une grande originalité architecturale. Mis à part un angle de mur un peu arrondi, c'est un bâtiment tout-à-fait banal et ordinaire qui n'a rien de commun avec des constructions qui sont vraiment des créations artistiques très originales comme la pyramide du Louvre ou le musée Beaubourg par exemple! D'ailleurs, on ne sait même pas qui est l'architecte...
