Description
Čeština: Vlajka města Bystré, okres Svitavy. Zelený list se žlutým pruhem na dolním okraji, širokým čtvrtinu šířky listu, ve vlající polovině zvlněným se třemi vrcholy a dvěma prohČervený list se třemi svislými vlnitými pruhy: černým, červeným a žlutým, z nichž každý má jeden vrchol a jednu prohlubeň. Poměr všech polí na horním okraji listu je 3:2:1:2:7, na dolním okraji 4:2:1:2:6. (Pruhy symbolizují, že město bylo založeno nad dvěma potoky - Zlatým a Bysterským.)
