This file of Wahrman Collection, Images of Palestine 1911 was donated to Wikimedia Commons by the National Library of Israel
as part of a collaboration project with Wikimedia Israel.

עברית: קבוצה של 41 תצלומים אשר צולמו בידי קבוצת תיירים מארצות הברית ("קבוצת לואיס"). לפי התצלומים, קבוצה זו החלה את מסעה בקהיר, המשיכה אל גיזה, אתרים שונים לאורך הנילוס, כרך, לוקסור, עד לסכר אסואן. משם המשיכה הקבוצה לארץ ישראל. התצלומים ממסע זה חולקו בין שני אלבומים, מצרים וארץ הקודש (ארץ ישראל וסוריה). התצלומים מארץ ישראל מתוארכים לאביב 1911.
English: A group of 41 photographs which were taken by a group of tourists from the United States. ("The LEWIS PARTY"). According to the photos, this group began its journey in Cairo, and continued to Giza different sites along the Nile, Volume, Luxor, Aswan dam up. From there the group continued to Israel. The photos from this campaign were the two albums: Egypt and the Holy Land (the Land of Israel and Syria). Photographs from Israel dating to spring 1911.
