English: This is an animated GIF ad for requesting adminship (on an English-language project like English Wikipedia) created by Qxz, ostensibly on behalf of the nonexistent Cabal. The ad's frames contain only text — no photos or clip art. Here is a transcript:
  • Do you consider yourself an experienced contributor?
  • Have you been actively editing for a few months?
  • Do you have a sizable edit count, well-distributed across the namespaces?
  • Is your edit summary usage... er, however big they want it to be?
