Dear Lou: OK. Please proceed as you outline below and source the SIA. Thanks for checking.
I’d be interested in taking a look at any comparative analysis you might decide to explore in the course of your update if you’re willing to share. It’s an interesting approach given we are now celebrating 20 years of the ITRS.
Feel free to ship your Wikipedia update or anything else you produce when you complete it. Likewise, if you’d like to be introduced to any of the ITRS chapter leads, Devi or I can help you pinpoint that person(s).
Best regards,
Ian

Comments : Hi!
I'm adding to the Wikipedia article on the ITRS, and would like to include an older set of predictions. I'd like to use the ones from 1992, as shown in the presentation:
page 32. This credits the SIA, so I'd like your permission to use this table. If you are willing, a license needs to be specified. I'd recommend CC-by-SA, probably the most common Wikipedia license, which basically says that anyone can do anything they want with it, but they must credit you as the original creator. (Search for 'CC by SA' if you want to see the legal details.)
Again if you are willing, I can do the upload, licensing, and so on. All you'd need to do is reply to this email with your OK; I'll do the rest. (I can add it to the SIA wikipedia article as well, if you wish).
Thanks,
Lou Scheffer
