English: The U.S. Navy destroyer USS Sigsbeev (DD-502) is coming alongside of the escort carrier USS Chenango (CVE-28) in the Pacific Ocean on 23 June 1944. At that time they were screening one of amphibious groups returning to Eniwetok from the first postponed landing on Guam. |
