Suzanne Ferrière (right) worked in the civilian section of the IWPA, which was headed by her uncle working in the civilian section of the IWPA, which was headed by her uncle Frédéric Ferrière during the First World War. She later became a committee member of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and led the IWPA's civilian division during the Second World War.
