Abdul Vaqil Khan, general fra Ktiwi i Nuristan. Vaqil Khan ble bortført sammen med andre barn fra Kafiristan etter den afghanske invasjonen i 1896. Kafirbarna ble islamiserte og ble beordret til tvungen militærtjenneste i Kabul.
