Kooli (muslimsk navn Abdal Kadir), den siste førislamske malik (høvding) over de røde kafirer (katier) i Kunisht. Han er høy og blåøyet. Mange katier rømte fra Bashgaldalen i Afghanistan i 1896 for å unngå tvangsislamisering.
